Hands get dry! There is no avoiding it, especially in the winter months. To help your hands feel moisturized and happy, try this simple hand cream recipe that is extra-rich and super hydrating!

Ingredients:

1/4 cup of shea butter

2 tablespoons coconut oil

1 tablespoon beeswax

10 drops of any essential oil

Instructions:

1. Mix the shea butter, coconut oil, and beeswax in a double boiler. You can find substitutes for double boilers online. Warm over low heat, stirring until the fats have melted and the ingredients have been fully combined.

2. Remove from the heat and stir in the 10 drops of essential oils.

3. Let the hand cream sit for 30 minutes to thicken, then move it to a container. Once it has cooled, place the lid on the container.

4. Enjoy your simple, rich, moisturizing hand cream! This will keep your hands happy and hydrated! Super simple recipe makes it easy to make multiple batches, great for gifting to friends and family!

I personally love this recipe, and it keeps my hands from being dry while having a really nice scent along with it! I like using peppermint or lavender essential oils for my hand creams, but you can do whatever you want! Have fun!
